She is very friendly and is definately on top of her game. She is very thorough with all our orders. She follows up on everything we discuss. She always goes the extra mile to question anything on our orders that may seem odd. I wish all our vendors had such a caring representative to deal with such as Della.

Your online ordering system could use improvement. It is slow and cumbersome to use. You should allow users to enter the catalog p/n on the order screen rather than just selecting the items from menus.

We liked this idea and added the "Quick Order" function to our website soon after we got this feedback.
