ALPHA® NR300-A2D flux is a halide-free, non-corrosive, low residue no-clean flux for touch up or rework of wave soldered or surface mount assemblies. The flux produces a tack-free surface with high surface insulation resistance and very little residue to interfere with electrical testing. Alpha NR300-A2D is particularly well-suited for touch-up/rework when supplied in a flux pen. Alpha €œWriteFlux€ pens make local flux application an easily controlled process.ALPHA® NR300-A2D is available in flux pens for touch up or rework of assemblies. NR300-A2D formulated to be applied via a flux pen or by brushing or spray bottle. A uniform coating of flux is essential to successful soldering.
