Assistance for New Customers
All-Spec maintains an extensive online catalog that you may freely browse and order online from 24 hours a day. Simply browse the catalog by any of the below methods to find the products your looking for. Then, use the ordering forms found with each product. Your final cost (minus shipping) is automatically calculated using the All-Spec shopping cart. We confirm all orders within 24 hours. Shipping charges will be calculated for your order, added to the merchandise total, and will be sent to you at the time of shipment. We ship the best way unless other instructions are given. We charge the exact amount we are given by the shipping carrier at the time of shipment and do not include any additional handling fees or surcharges.
Accepted Payment Methods
You may charge your order using one of the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover Card. Customers can also apply for credit, (Net 30 terms). We extend this service to customers with an acceptable credit rating. Using the Shopping Cart
When selecting a product to purchase, enter the quantity desired in the provided "Qty" box and click the "add to cart" button. You will be directed to the View Shopping Cart page where you will be able to Modify, Empty Cart, Continue Shopping or, Check Out. The Modify cart program gives you the option to adjust the order quantity or save the cart and retrieve it at a later time.
You can also use the shopping cart as a short-cut to phone in your order. Just shop our site, then call our toll-free order line 800-537-0351 and tell the customer service representative you would like to place an order using your shopping cart. All we'll need is the Session ID above the shopping cart, to identify which shopping cart is yours.

The All-Spec web site has been designed with our customers in mind. Browse our online catalog using any of the navigation tools provided. The left-side navigation will display our product categories, brands, special offers and services provided. If you know the product's item number, the item number search on the navigation bar will bring you directly to that product.

All-Spec charges sales tax if a product is shipped or billed within North Carolina. Some exceptions may apply.
Where's My Stuff?
All customers will receive a confirmation, via e-mail (if you gave us your e-mail address), when your order is shipped. If you have not received your confirmation email yet, but think you should have, send a quick email to customer service or call 800-537-0351, with your name, company name and order info and we will find your order for you.

Same Day Shipping Policy
All orders for in-stock items received by 3:30pm EST usually ship same day for established accounts or authorized credit card payments. Your order is important to us and gets very special treatment from the minute it's received to the moment it leaves our warehouse. We usually ship orders via UPS or FedEx in the 48 contiguous states but we will always check to make sure you are getting the best possible shipping discounts. In addition, we will gladly accommodate any special routing instructions you may have. Our friendly staff is dedicated to serving our customers promptly and efficiently.
Let us know if you need your order overnight, we will be happy to accommodate you. New customers seeking a credit account with All-Spec will not be eligible for same day shipping. *Some restrictions may apply (benches have a separate shipping policy, for example). Please contact customer service with any questions about your order.
Our web site adds shipping charges to your web order depending on the characteristics of the items you're buying and where they are shipping. Hazardous handling fees, very heavy or large items, and mixed stock/non-stock purchases may prevent the website from calculating shipping charges. If you do not see shipping charges during check-out then we will provide you with your total sales cost, including shipping charges, when we complete your order. We confirm all orders when they are shipped. Tracking information is automatically provided when stock items ship from our Wilmington, NC warehouse.
The shipping charges shown on our website are valid for all 48 continental United States. Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico have US DOT shipping restrictions due to passenger aircraft transit. Aerosol and chemical items that can normally ship via ORM-D classification, using ground transit, may not be allowed to ship to those locations or may incur additional handling fees. In addition to that, shipping cost and service availability is so varied to destinations in those areas that we are unable to automatically quote shipping costs.
Sometimes your order will contain a mix of items that we have in stock as well as items that are out of stock. In this case we will give you the choice of shipping all of your items together or shipping them as they become available. When items are shipped from different locations shipping them together will not be an option. You can choose:
- HOLD MY ITEMS FOR ONE SHIPPMENT - for one shipping charge
- SHIP ITEMS AS THEY BECOME AVAILABLE - to have All-Spec ship in-stock items right away and backordered items as they become available
Multiple shipping charges may apply if you choose to ship your items as they become available or if items must be shipped from another location.
Quick Ship Service
Items that have the 5 or 10 day quick-ship icon are guaranteed to be shipped out within the 5 or 10 workdays from when the order is processed (weekends excluded). Some restrictions may apply.

Items Requiring Special Handling
Products shown with the Hazardous Materials symbol are regulated by the Department of Transportation (DOT) and may be subject to an additional surcharge per shipment of $30.00 per carton and my only be allowed to ship via specific methods.. Some items may require a minimum quantity ordered and will be designated as such. All Hazardous Materials are NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-RETURNABLE.
How Do I Return an Item?
If, for any reason, within 30 days of invoice date, you are less than 100% satisfied with a standard stock item you have purchased from us, you may return it for exchange or full refund (excluding shipping charges)*. If your return is a result of our error we will also refund your shipping charge.
Returns must be accompanied by a Return Materials Authorization number. To receive a RMA, contact one of our Customer Service Associates for authorization at 800-537-0351 or email us.

Reviewing & Changing Your Information
To review or change your personal information, just login to MyAccount (see above left for login page) and click on the Personal Information link on your homepage. You will be able to make any changes necessary.
Forgot Your Username or Password?
Not a problem. Contact one of our Customer Service Associates at 800-537-0351 to verify your account and they will be able to provide you with the missing information.
Using a Saved Shopping Cart
At any time while shopping, click the View Shopping Cart link, at the top right of every page, to access the shopping cart options. When viewing your shopping cart, click the Modify Cart button to save your shopping cart, submit changes or check out. To retrieve your saved cart, log in to MyAccount and click the "Retrieve a Saved Shopping Cart" link on your homepage.

The We'll Stock Your Inventory Program
If your company always seems to run low on critical products or, you find that you just can't keep enough stock on hand, All-Spec invites you to enroll in our Warehouse Stocking Program. By involving your company in this program, you ensure that you will always have the top 20-30 items you need on hand when you need them. Eliminating all the problems and costs associated with maintaining an extensive inventory. Downloading MSDS & SPEC Sheets
Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and Specification Sheets in PDF format can be downloaded from either the Downloads section of our website or the individual product pages (if available for that particular item). You will need Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Acrobat Reader to view them. Adobe offers a free download of Adobe Reader on their website.
Conflict Minerals Policy
It is All-Spec's intent to support the efforts of our vendor partners and customers to comply with section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act. A number of All-Spec's vendor partners have developed targeted communications regarding their corporate positions on the topic of conflict minerals. Customers should refer directly to the manufacturer for conflict mineral inquiries.

What Does All-Spec Do With My Contact Information?
Our site uses an order form for customers to request information, products, and services. We collect visitor's contact information (email address, name, postal address, etc.) and financial information (account numbers, credit card numbers, etc.). Contact information from the online order form is used to send orders and information about our company and our products to our customers and potential customers.
